Change of Mind Returns:

If your new item is not quite right, you have the following options available.

  • All full price items can be returned for either an exchange, refund or store credit, provided they meet the return conditions.
  • Items purchased on sale can be returned for a store credit. 

Return Conditions:

  • You must email tamara@hellomethelabel.com to receive a return authorisation code
  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, this is the date it is delivered to you, not the date you ordered it
  • Item(s) are in original condition (unworn, clean of make-up, perfume and deodorant, and all tags attached)
  • The shipping cost to return item(s) is payable by you

Additional information:

  • Upon receiving your item, we will process your return within 48 hours

Faulty Product or Incorrect Item Received:

We truly apologise for any inconvenience caused by this error. Please contact tamara@hellomethelabel.com with your order number and images of the fault, or incorrect item, and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
