All orders are sent from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

Where do we ship?

We ship worldwide.

When will my order be shipped?

• As we produce all our garments to order, please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please be patient with our team, we try to get your orders out as quickly as humanly possible.
• During busy periods, such as holidays, Christmas, sales and new releases, your order may take slightly longer to ship.

Within Australia

• We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $125 AUD.
• We offer Free EXPRESS Shipping for all orders over $200 AUD.
• Orders under $125 AUD have a $10 flat regular shipping rate and $15 for express shipping.
• Orders are sent via Australia Post, once the order has left our warehouse we have no control over Australia Post shipping times. Some parcels arrive next day, others are taking longer.
• Parcels will be left at your address unless the shipping address is a unit or apartment block, but only if deemed safe by the driver. If you require a signature on delivery please contact us.

International Orders

• We offer Free Shipping for all orders over $200 AUD. (This excludes import/customs charges that are the responsibility of the purchaser.)
• Orders under $200 AUD have a flat $25 shipping rate.
• Orders are sent via Australia Post.
• Any Duties and Taxes payable on International Orders are the responsibility of the recipient, Hello Me has no control over these government fees. Please see Importation Costs in your country for further information.
• Signature on delivery is required.
